Orders and Shipping:

Shipping:
Shipping/handling charges are calculated automatically for each order, and can be viewed by clicking the "checkout" button when you are finished shopping. If you add or delete items to your cart, you may view the updated shipping costs by clicking the "recalculate" button.

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I would like to check on an order I have placed to see if it has shipped. How do I do this?
Click on "my account" and follow the instructions you will find there.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. At this time, we must have a physical, street address to ship your purchases to you.

Will I pay sales tax?
MusicFromGod.com collects sales taxes when required by law. Currently, if your "ship to" destination is in Arizona, sales tax will be included on your invoice.

Can I order by Phone?
If you would prefer to order by phone, please call 602-482-4253 (602-48-BIBLE) inside Arizona, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST to place your order.

Returns:

How do I return an item?
Music From God will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts).

  • Unopened product can be returned for an exchange or full refund.
  • Opened items can be returned and exchanged only for the same item if defective or damaged.

If you receive a CD whose case is damaged or broken, you may send the empty case back and we will send you a new one.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE PACKING SLIP WHICH CAME IN THE SHIPMENT. If you have lost the packing slip, please e-mail customerservice@musicfromgod.com or call us at 602-48-BIBLE and we will send you another slip.
