Gal Drimmer
In 1998, Gal was introduced to Uri Harel’s Music From God Project, and instantly felt the draw to participate in it. He has been involved ever since, contributing his considerable talent as a musician and composer to the production of the new “Days of Majesty” CD. Besides working on Music From God, Gal keeps busy pursuing his passion for performing and for improvisation. His musical talent has taken him to perform in many cities over three continents. At present, Phoenix, Arizona is where he makes his home and the primary focus of his performing career. < Close Window > |
Gal’s
first encounter with Biblical music came while studying for his Bar-Mitzvah,
where he learned to sing his chapter from the Bible using the ancient
system of Hebrew chanting. Later, as his musical career expanded into
blues, he became fascinated by the similarities between these traditional
Hebrew melodies and the blues music he was playing.
